Celebrating a family Easter dinner means we always have leftovers so putting together delicious recipes of what to make with leftover ham can sometimes be a challenge. Thankfully we have you covered.

In order to make any of these recipes you must first start with a great quality ham.

One I have always wanted to try is HoneyBaked Ham so when they sent me a gift card for our Easter dinner I was so excited.

We went to our local HoneyBaked Ham store to pick out the perfect ham. Since this was my very first visit, I asked the gentleman behind the counter for recommendations. A bone-in ham was his recommendation for a great tasting ham. One bite and I was hooked. My husband and I have come to an agreement that every Easter from now on we are buying a HoneyBaked Ham.

Whether you are planning a big family get together or a small family celebration, everything you need is available at one store. Side dishes come in several varieties and make the “cook” time minimal by simply placing them in the oven or microwave. Macaroni and Cheese and Potatoes Au Gratin were two side dishes perfect for our family.

Dessert is even taken care of too. The one we liked was the Cheesecake Sampler. Four different kinds of cheesecake with three slices of each provide variety for every family. New York Style , Strawberry Swirl , Triple Chocolate, and Mississippi Mud are the four cheesecake choices. The fun part is deciding which kind is your favorite.
